Our PTO meetings are open to all families, caregivers, teachers, and staff.

  • Membership is encouraged but not required

  • Members can vote on proposals and budgets

  • Non-members are welcome to listen, ask questions, and share ideas

 

Free interpretation is available in Spanish and Arabic (request at least 48 hours in advance).

Typical meeting agenda includes:

  • Welcome and interpreter check

  • Event updates and recaps

  • Upcoming events and volunteer needs

  • New ideas or proposals

  • Budget updates (as needed)

  • Questions and community input

Meeting Guidelines

To help meetings run smoothly:

  • Join using the posted Zoom link

  • Use the “raise hand” feature or chat to speak

  • Keep comments brief (1–2 minutes)

  • Be respectful and family-friendly

  • Members vote during meetings

  • Do not share personal student information

  • Some topics may be followed up after the meeting if more time is needed
