The Glen Forest Elementary PTO is inviting local businesses, organizations, and community partners to sponsor the Fall Festival: Abracadabra Autumn on Friday, October 24 (6–8 PM).
This annual event brings together hundreds of families, teachers, and neighbors for an evening of fun, food, and community spirit. Your sponsorship directly supports programs that strengthen learning and engagement at Glen Forest.
Your contribution helps fund:
Field trips and after-school clubs
Teacher and staff appreciation
Student recognition programs
Family events such as International Night and Bingo Night
Ways to Support
Event Sponsorship – $250 and up
Includes your logo on event materials, the PTO website, and social media, along with verbal recognition during the program and in post-event acknowledgments.
Station or Booth Sponsorship – $100
Sponsor a game or activity station. Includes signage and the option to staff a table.
Raffle or Prize Donation
Donate gift cards, merchandise, or themed baskets. Donors are recognized on raffle displays and in follow-up communications.
Food Truck or Vendor Partnership
Sell directly to families without a vendor fee. Optional 10–20 percent give-backs support school programs.

As a registered 501(c)(3) serving more than 800 students and 100 staff, Glen Forest PTO provides local exposure for your business while enhancing educational programs and family events. All contributions are tax-deductible, and acknowledgment letters are provided after each event.
