Our Fall Festival is a fun evening with games, food trucks, snacks, a costume contest, raffles, and a live Magic Show.
To make it a success, we need your help!
🎉 Volunteer Roles
Choose any area that fits your schedule or interests:
Setup & Check-In – Help with tables, games, and decorations before the event.
PTO Booth – Run the prize wheel and help with membership sign-ups.
Game Stations – Assist kids with bean bag toss, bowling, and ring toss.
Concession Stand (Snacks & Drinks) – Sell popcorn, cookies, chips, and drinks. All proceeds support PTO programs, field trips, and school events.
Photo Booth – Help families take photos and manage props.
Floaters/Runners – Refill supplies and cover short breaks.
Dance Helpers – Lead families during the “Thriller” and “Hulk/Bandana” dances.
AV Support – Assist with music and microphones.
Cleanup Crew – Fold tables, stack chairs, and reset the gym after the event.
Shifts are short (30–60 minutes), simple, and family-friendly. You can volunteer and still enjoy the Festival with your family!

Pre-Sale (through Oct 22):$4/person · $15/family (up to 5) · $3 per extra guest
At the Door:$5/person · $20/family (up to 5) · $5 per extra guest
Children ages 0–3: Free
Volunteers: Free admission
